JUNEAU, Wis. (WMTV) - Six people were taken to the hospital just before rush hour Monday morning after an SUV crashed on I-90/94 in Juneau Co., shutting down the interstate while crews worked the scene.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, one person was thrown from the gray SUV when it rolled near mile marker 70, outside of Mauston around 6:40 a.m. All six people in the vehicle were taken to area hospitals. At least one individual needed to be flown there for treatment.

Images submitted to NBC15 showed the damage and in one of them the SUV is clearly seen on its roof with the A-pillar having been crushed.
